Tesco's preliminary proposal to EDDC

Tesco's agents, Signet Planning, applied to EDDC for approval of their pipeline scheme.  This avoided all mention of the proper marine planning authorities, but has lots of interesting information.  We told Stephen Belli and the marine authorities about this deficiency and his latest letter (below) mentions their names.  The layout diagram in interesting (click on the picture to expand it) . . .
